复杂机电产品柔性模块识别方法研究

摘要
快速、多变需求使得复杂机电产品面临不断创新的挑战,然而由于其结构集成、耦合度高,使得设计变更周期长、研发质量难以得到保证。在模块划分基础上,提出一种柔性模块的识别方法。首先通过分析需求与模块之间的映射关系得到模块变异指数,然后定量化分析模块与模块之间的变更影响关系得到模块的传播指数,最后综合考虑模块变异指数和传播指数确定出柔性模块及其变化形式。实例证明,该方法运用到高速列车转向架设计中,不但保证了产品对需求的快速响应,也提高了研发效率及质量。
        Rapid and variable requirements make the complex Electromechanical products facing the challenge of constant innovations. However,due to its structural integration and high coupling,design cycle is longer and the quality of R & D is difficult to guarantee. Based on the modulardivision,a flexible module identification method is proposed. Firstly,the module's variation index is obtained by analyzing the mapping relationship between requirements and modules. Then,the module's propagation index is obtained by analyzing the influence relationship between modules. Finally,the module's variation index and propagation index are taken into account to determine the flexible module and its variationform. The method is applied to the bogie design of high speed train,and proved that which not only ensures the quick response to the requirements,but also improves the efficiency and quality of the R & D.
