郑州局集团公司运输结构调整对策分析

摘要
为推进实施"公转铁"运输结构调整,实现货运增量目标,概述郑州局集团公司运输现状,预测运输主要品类增量及货源分布。针对郑州局集团公司运输结构调整中存在的市场需求与运输能力不匹配、管内运输组织难度大、市场需求变化对货运组织影响大等问题,从扩大运能基础、优化运输方案、提升服务质量、稳定核心市场、完善工作机制等方面,提出加快点线建设、调整车流径路、改善运输条件、做好物流衔接、完善产品设计、抓好大宗货源和重点客户、加强运输调控、建立协调机制等促进运输结构调整的对策。
To increase railway freight volume through restructuring the transport network focusing on promoting railway instead of highway, this paper predicts the new cargo categories and distribution of cargo sources based on a summary of transport operation at Zhengzhou Group, which highlights the following problems: unmet transport demand, difficulties in transport organization and great influence of the changing market demand on freight organization. From the aspects of increasing capacity, improving operation plans, upgrading services, stabilizing the core market and establishing work scheme, this paper puts forward the strategies to facilitate transport network restructuring: speeding up construction at stations and lines, adjusting vehicle flow routing, improving infrastructure, coordinating the links on the logistics chain, improving product design, focusing on sources of bulk cargo and key clients, enhancing transport regulation and control and setting up a coordinating scheme.
