中西医联合治疗创伤性骨髓炎的临床疗效研究

摘要

目的:对中西医结合在创伤性骨髓炎患者中的治疗效果进行调查。方法:选择我院2013年6月-2015年6月间74例创伤性骨髓炎患者,根据患者入院顺序以及患者自身意愿将患者分为两组,一组为实验组,一组为对照组,每组37例,实验组患者采用中西医联合治疗,对照组患者采用西医治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:实验组患者治疗总有效率为94.6%,对照组患者为75.7%,两组比较存在明显差异,P<0.05。结论:中西医联合治疗在创伤性骨髓炎患者中的治疗效果非常显著。
        Objective:to traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with therapeutic effect in patients with traumatic osteomyelitis were investigated.Methods:Our Hospital between June,June 2013 and 2015 74 cases of traumatic osteomyelitis patients,according to the order of admission of patients,and patients' willingness to patients were divided into two groups,agroup as the experimental group,agroup as control group,37 cases in each group.Patients in the experimental group with combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,the control group were treated with western medicine treatment,treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:treatment of patients in the experimental group total efficiency was 94.6%,and the control group of patients was 75.7%,two groups compared exist significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion:combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in the treatment of traumatic osteomyelitis in patients with the treatment effect is very significant.
