摘要
H1井是中海油在某区块作业的第一口页岩气预探井,完钻井深3 001 m。该井共进行5回次密闭取心作业。针对页岩地层岩性致密,地层倾角大,岩石可钻性差等问题,采用优选密闭取心方式、优选密闭液及取心钻头、优化钻具组合、合理控制取心钻进参数、精细化操作等技术措施,成功解决了页岩地层取心过程中出现的地层倾角大、地层破碎、取心钻进机械钻速低、易堵心等问题,密闭取心进尺32.83 m,取心收获率高达98%,大大提高了页岩地层钻井取心效率。
        Well H1, which was completed at well depth of 3 001 meters, is the first shale gas exploration well in block X. Sealed coring operation has been conducted in this well for 5 times. In view of the problems of tight shale formation, big angle of bedding, poor rock drillability, a series of technical measures have been taken such as optimization of closed coring method, optimization of sealing fluid and coring bit, optimization make up of string, reasonably controlling of coring drilling parameters, taking refining operations etc. These technical measures solved successfully the problem of big angle of bedding, broken formation, and low core drilling rate, easily jammed etc. The footage of sealed coring is 32.83 meters and core recovery is 98%, which improved greatly core drilling efficiency of shale formation.
