药学教学路径用于门诊药房实习带教实践与体会

摘要
目的为医院门诊药房实习带教方式提供参考。方法选择2017年8月至2018年5月在医院门诊药房实习的药学专科及本科学生59人,按实习时间顺序分为对照组(29人)和观察组(30人)。对照组采用常规教学方法带教,观察组应用药学教学路径方法带教。实习结束时考核理论、实践操作和综合能力,并测评学生对带教方法的满意度。结果观察组实践操作成绩、理论成绩和综合能力评分均显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组对带教方法的满意度得分为(4. 12±0. 93)分,显著高于对照组的(3. 51±0. 84)分(t=2. 703,P <0. 05)。结论实施药学教学路径带教模型,能有效提升学生的理论成绩、实践成绩及综合能力,并提高学生对带教方法的满意度。
        Objective To provide reference for the practice teaching mode of outpatient pharmacy in the hospital. Methods Totally 59 students with college degree or Bachelor degree major in pharmacy who practiced in the outpatient pharmacy of the hospital from August 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into the control group( n = 29) and the observation group( n = 30) according to the sequence of practice time. The control group was taught by routine teaching methods,while the observation group was taught by pharmacy teaching methods. At the end of the practice,the students' theory,practical operation and comprehensive ability were checked,and the students' satisfaction with the teaching methods was assessed. Results The scores of practical operation,theory and comprehensive ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The satisfaction score of the observation group was( 4. 12 ± 0. 93) points,which was significantly higher than( 3. 51 ± 0. 84) points of the control group( t = 2. 703,P < 0. 05). Conclusion The implementation of pharmacy teaching pathway can effectively improve students' theory,practical operation and comprehensive ability,and improve students' satisfaction with teaching methods.
