摘要
为了鉴定、筛选适合黄河三角洲地区盐碱地种植的水稻品种,以东营地区收集的11个粳稻品种为材料,进行了不同盐(NaCl)浓度(0、5、10、12、15 g/L)胁迫种子发芽期的耐盐性鉴定和评价。结果表明,盐胁迫抑制种子发芽,并且随着盐浓度的提高抑制作用越显著;种子发芽率、发芽势及根长、芽长均受到盐胁迫抑制,尤其是当盐浓度超过15 g/L时,抑制作用极显著。以相对盐害率作为耐盐评价指标,筛选出发芽期耐盐性较强的水稻品种3个:临稻19、盐丰47和盐粳456(3级),耐盐性中等的两个:津稻263和淮稻5号(5级)。
In order to identify and screen out salt-tolerant rice varieties suitable for saline-alkali soil in the Yellow River Delta,11 japonica rice varieties collected from Dongying were used to evaluate the salt tolerance at seed germination stage under different salt concentrations( 0,5,10,12 and 15 g/L).The results showed that salt stress inhibited seed germination,and the inhibitory effect increased with the increase of salt concentration.Germination rate,germination energy,root length and shoot length were all inhibited by salt stress,especially at the salt concentration of ≥15 g/L.With the relative salt damage rate as the evaluation index of salt tolerance at germination stage,3 rice varieties with strong salt tolerance of the 3rd grade were selected,i.e.,Lindao 19,Yanfeng 47 and Yanjing 456.Jindao 263 and Huaidao 5 identified as the 5th grade were selected as the medium salt tolerance rice varieties.
