摘要
通过宏观检验、金相检验、仪器化压痕技术力学性能试验、布氏硬度检测和化学成分分析对某厂2号垃圾焚烧炉三级、二级过热器爆管原因进行了研究。结果表明:三级、二级过热器管爆管原因是超温环境下的过载失效断裂。为此,提出相应的防止该锅炉机组再次出现过热器爆管的建议,为今后该锅炉的安全运行提供参考和借鉴。
        The bursting failure reason of the third and second stage superheater tubes in a waste incinerator grate matching boiler NO.2 of a certain factory was studied through the methods of macro inspection,metallographic examination,tensile test of instrumented indentation technique at room temperature,Brinell hardness test and chemical composition analysis.The results show the bursting tubes of the third and second stage superheater tubes were overload failure under circumstances of overheating.Corresponding countermeasures were put forward to provide reference for preventing the panel superheater tube from bursting again.
