摘要
采用正交实验方法研究了注射温度、注射压力、注射速度、保压压力及其交互作用对超细WC-6Co硬质合金注射成形坯质量的影响。通过直观分析和方差分析,比较了各因素影响注射坯质量的显著程度,优化了注射成形参数。结果表明:注射温度与注射压力的交互作用、注射温度与保压压力的交互作用、注射温度和注射速度对注射坯密度的影响显著;注射温度与保压压力的交互作用、注射温度与注射压力的交互作用和注射速度对注射坯抗弯强度的影响显著;台阶状圆棒的最佳注射参数组合为注射温度为100℃,注射压力为60 MPa,注射速度为40%,保压压力为20 MPa。
        The influence of pivotal injection molding process parameters including injection temperature,injection and holding pressure,and injection speed on the density and strength of the as-molded ultrafine-grained WC-6C0 cemented carbide specimens has been studied by orthogonal experimental design and statistical analysis.It displays that the density is significantly influenced by injection temperature's interaction with injection pressure,holding pressure and injection speed,while the strength is impacted by the injection speed and the interaction of injection temperature with holding pressure and injection pressure.As following the injection parameters of injection temperature 100 ℃,injection pressure 60 MPa,injection speed 40%and holding pressure 20 MPa,the stepped-cylindrical-bar specimen is of the best quality.
