摘要
以对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)和乙二醇丁醚(EB)为原料,采用酯交换一步合成法,制得含有醚键基团的对苯二甲酸二丁氧基乙酯(DBETP)增塑剂,并通过优化得到最适宜的制备工艺为:n(EB)∶n(DMT)=6∶1,催化剂CaO用量为3.0%(以DMT质量为基准,下同),反应时间3.0 h,反应温度140℃。在该条件下,DBETP收率达到93.6%。采用FTIR和1HNMR对产物结构进行了表征。将DBETP增塑的PVC试样(PVC-DBETP)和对苯二甲酸二异辛酯增塑的PVC试样(PVC-DOTP)进行性能对比,结果表明,PVC-DBETP热稳定性与PVC-DOTP基本相当;PVC-DBETP在蒸馏水、食醋、白酒及无水乙醇中的抽出质量损失率与PVC-DOTP相比分别升高了0.6%、1.0%、2.1%及0.3%,在大豆油中,则降低了1.1%;PVC-DBETP和PVC-DOTP的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)分别为31.4和34.7℃;PVC-DBETP与PVC-DOTP相比,拉伸强度提高了5.05%,断裂伸长率提高了8.73%。
        A plasticizer containing ether bond,di(2-butoxy ethanol) terephthalate(DBETP),was synthesized by one-step transesterification using dimethyl terephthalate(DMT) and 2-butoxy ethanol(EB) as raw materials.The optimum process conditions of synthesizing DBETP were obtained as follows:n(EB)∶n(DMT)=6∶1,dosage of catalyst CaO 3.0%(based on the mass of DMT,the same below),reaction time 3.0 h,and reaction temperature 140℃.Under these conditions,the yield of DBETP reached 93.6%.The product was characterized by FTIR and 1 HNMR.Subsequently,DBETP was added to thermoplastic polyvinyl chloride(PVC),and mechanical properties of the resulting sample(PVC-DBETP) and diiooctyl terephthalate(DOTP) plasticized PVC(PVC-DOTP) were compared.The results showed that the thermal stability of PVC-DBETP was basically similar to that of PVC-DOTP.The pull-out resistance of plasticized PVC samples was performed in distilled water,vinegar,liquor and spirits,and ethyl alcohol.Compared with that of PVC-DOTP,the mass loss rate of PVC-DBETP increased by 0.6%,1.0%,2.1% and 0.3%,respectively.However,that decreased 1.1% in soybean oil.The glass transition temperature(Tg) of PVC-DBETP was 31.4 ℃,that of PVC-DOTP was 34.7 ℃.The tensile strength and elongation at break of PVC-DBETP increased by 5.05% and 8.73% compared with that of PVC-DOTP.
