大学生就业诚信缺失问题研究

摘要
近年来,大学生就业诚信问题屡见报端,主要是大学生在复杂的社会环境下,容易受到不良信息的影响。高校对大学生诚信教育不够重视,用人单位要求过高,大学生自身诚信意识不强等主观和客观因素是造成大学生就业诚信缺失的原因。分析大学生就业诚信现状,指出存在的问题,进而提出相应对策,旨在增强大学生责任感,提高其自我约束能力。
In recent years,college students' honesty has been frequently reported,especially in employment.College students in the complex social environment,easily are affected by bad information.Subjective and objective factors such as insufficient attention to honesty education of college students,excessive demands of employers and weak honesty consciousness of college students themselves are the reasons for the lack of honesty in employment of college students.By analyzing the honesty of university students' employment situation,the paper points out existing problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures so as to enhance students' sense of responsibility and improve the ability of college students' self-discipline.
