摘要
用正硅酸乙酯和甲基三乙氧基硅烷、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷为原料,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备透明的SiO_2/有机硅树脂.再与腰果酚醛树脂(PCF)共混制备SiO_2/有机硅/腰果酚醛树脂(SiO_2/PCF-Si)复合涂料,通过红外光谱、紫外光谱、热重分析等分析其结构与性能,并测试其抗紫外性、物理机械性能、耐化学介质性能.结果表明,SiO_2/(PCF-Si)中酚羟基因与Si原子结合而减少,提高了耐热性.当SiO_2/有机硅凝胶质量分数为30%时,涂膜硬度3H,耐冲击性50 cm,耐碱性较好.
Transparent SiO_2/silicone resin was prepared by means of the sol-gel method,with tetraethoxysilane,methyltriethoxysilane,dimethyldiethoxysilane and 3-(methacryloxyproyl)-trimethoxysilane as the raw materials.SiO_2/silicone/cardanol-aldehyde resin composite coating was prepared via SiO_2/silicone resin blend with cardanol-aldehyde formaldehyde condensate(PCF).The structure and properties of the composite coating were characterized by IR,UV,TG and other measures.It is found that the silicon-oxygen bond in the composite coating decrease the concentration of phenolic hydroxyl group,which improved the heat-resistace.When the mass ratio of SiO_2/silicone and cardanol-aldehyde is 0.3,coating had a pencil scratch hardness of 3 H,impact resistance of 50 cm,with better alkali resistance.
