高校出国境交流生的思想政治教育改革研究

摘要
高校出国境交流生的思想政治教育是大学生思想政治教育的重要组成部分,也是高校思想政治工作的薄弱环节。涉及出国境交流生的数量种类、年级专业以及目的国境不断增加,给传统的思想政治教育方式和机制带来了诸多挑战;文化习俗、地域距离和时间差给思想政治教育增加了难度;复杂多变的国际形势和猖獗的间谍行动给学生的政治信仰、人身安全和财务安全等带来了极大威胁。通过加强出国境交流生的人员选拔、行前教育、过程管理和归国再教育各个环节的完备性和协同性,实现全过程育人;通过创新高校网络思想政治育人平台,解决出国境交流生思想政治教育管理的地域性痛点,实现全方位育人;创新地构建学生、家长、思想政治辅导员/(班)导师、国际处项目管理专员的"出国境交流生‘四位一体’育人模式",实现全员育人。
Ideological and political education of college students going abroad is an important part of college students' ideological and political education, and also a weak link of college ideological and political work. Increasing numbers, grades, majors and destination borders of exchange students abroad have brought many challenges to traditional ideological and political education methods and mechanisms; cultural customs, geographical distance and time gap have made ideological and political education more difficult; complex and changeable international situation and rampant espionage have brought great threats to students' political beliefs, personal safety and financial security. Through strengthening the completeness and synergy of personnel selection, pre-trip education, process management and re-education, we can achieve the whole process of educating students; through innovating the platform of ideological and political education in universities, we can solve the regional pain points of ideological and political education management of students leaving the country, and achieve all-round education; and innovatively build students, parents and ideological and political assistance. "Four-in-one" mode of education for outbound exchange students is implemented by mentors/class mentors and project management commissioners of the international branch.
