摘要
目的:探讨刮痧对人体皮肤组织形态及皮肤中相关化学成分表达变化的影响。方法:募集健康受试者12名,男女各半。用刮痧板沿左侧膀胱经自心俞穴至肾俞穴由上向下刮拭出痧,刮痧后在背部刮痧区和对侧非刮痧区分别采取3mm×3mm×3mm的圆柱型皮肤,分别进行肥大细胞(MC)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)和鬼笔环肽(PHA)等荧光免疫组织化学染色,并以ELISA法测定皮肤中糖皮质激素(GCS)、P物质(SP)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量。结果:刮痧后皮肤外观、表皮层厚度和血管组织形态均有明显差异,主要表现为皮肤肿胀、表皮层增厚、血管变形等;MC标记到的阳性细胞减少,并伴随脱颗粒现象;CGRP阳性神经纤维表达无显著差异。同时,与非刮痧区相比,刮痧区皮肤组织中GCS、SP、SOD含量显著上升(P<0.05)。结论:刮痧疗法对皮肤安全,刮痧局部皮肤组中MC颗粒及GCS、SOD等多种化学物质表达可能形成效应联系,发挥治疗作用。
        Objective: To investigate the effect of guasha therapy on changes in the skin tissue morphology and expression of related chemical components of the human skin. Methods: A total of 12 healthy subjects, half men and half women, were scraped with guasha plate along the left side of bladder meridian from acupoint Xinshu(BL15) to Shenshu(BL23) point until the sha coming out. After scraping, the cylindrical skin tissue about 3 mm length × 3 mm width × 3 mm high on the back of sha district and non sha district were taken. Subsequently, mast cell(MC), calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) and palloidin(PHA) were demonstrated by using immunofluorescence staining. And glucocorticoids(GCS), substance P(SP), superoxide dismutase(SOD) were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results: After scraping, the appearance of skin, the thickness of the epidermis and the form of vascular tissue were obviously different. The main manifestations were skin swelling, the thickening of the epidermis, and the deformation of the blood vessels. The number of positive cells marked by MC was reduced, accompanied by degranulation. There was no significant difference in the expression of CGRP positive nerve fibers. Simultaneously, compared with non sha district, the level of GCS, SP and SOD increased significantly on the back of sha district(P<0.05). Conclusion: Guasha therapy is safe to the skin. The expression of MC particles, GCS, SOD and other chemicals in gua sha skin district may form the effect of contact, which plays a therapeutic effect.
