感染性休克患者的临床麻醉分析

摘要
目的感染性休克患者的临床麻醉方法以及麻醉效果进行分析。方法选取于2014年2月~2015年3月期间在我院进行手术治疗的43例感染性休克患者的临床资料以及麻醉资料进行回顾性分析,并对麻醉方法以及麻醉效果进行总结。结果患者术中生命体征较为平稳并且术中无死亡病例,42例患者术后1 h内将气管内插管拔除后群补清醒,1例患者因病情加重送入监护病房。患者手术后的动脉血压、血氧饱和度、心率以及呼吸等生命体征优于术前,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择合适的麻醉方法以及麻醉药物是感染性休克患者手术成功的关键,对麻醉处理进行规范化的管理工作来保证患者在麻醉过程中的安全性。
Objective Make an analysis of anesthesia treatment method and its effect for patients with infectious shock. Methods Review and analyze clinical treatment data and anesthesia treatment data selected from 43 patients of infectious shock who are given surgical treatment in hospital from February 2014 to March 2015 and then summarize anesthesia treatment method and its effect. Results Patients' vital signs are quite stable and there is no death case during operation, 42 patients are awaken after one hour of endotracheal extubation, but 1 patient are sent to ICU because of illness exacerbation. After operation, patients' arterial blood pressure and oxygen saturation, their heart rate and breathing and other vital signs are much more favorable than those before operation; there is a treatment differential and such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Choosing proper anesthesia method and anesthesia medication is the key to treat patients of infectious shock; it is suggested to standardize management of anesthesia processing in order to ensure patients' safety.
