摘要
为解决在南海复杂多变的季风气候条件影响下传统常规油船串联的卸油方式不能满足扩展式系泊储油平台外输需求的问题,在分析现有不同外输方案的基础上,介绍一种适用于南海扩展式系泊储油平台的"双卸油站+DP油船+艏装载系统"的外输方案,分析该外输方案的作业流程及注意事项,可供该型储油平台外输设计参考。
        In order to solve the problem that traditional tandem offloading method for oil tanker can not meet the offloading requirements for the FPSO with spreading mooring system in complex and variable monsoon climate at South China Sea,different existing offloading methods are introduced,the offloading method using Dynamic Positioning(DP)shuttle tanker with double offloading stations and bow loading system is recommended for the FPSO with spreading mooring system at South China Sea.The offloading operating process and cautions are introduced.The scheme provides a reference for offloading design in the same type of oil storage platform.
