摘要

为了解我国公众生态环境行为基本状况,引导和鼓励公众积极践行生态环境行为和主动参与生态环保工作,生态环境部环境与经济政策研究中心组织开展了公民生态环境行为调查。调查发现,公众普遍认可个人行为对生态环境保护的重要意义,在多数生态环境行为领域践行度较高,能够"知行合一",但在绿色消费、垃圾分类、环保实践和监督举报等领域还存在"高认知度、低践行度"现象。
        In order to understand the current situation of environmental behavior in China,and to encourage pro-environmental behavior and public participation among Chinese residents,the Policy Research Center for Environment and Economy of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment organized a survey on environmental behaviors among the public.The survey indicates that the public generally attach great importance to individual environmental behaviors,and in most categories behave relatively well,which is in accordance with their attitudes.However,they show a pattern of high-level recognition and low-level performance in areas such as green consumption,garbage classification,environmental participation and public surveillance.
