摘要
利用聚丙烯纤维、水泥、砂、石子、水及减水剂,在标准成型工艺及标准养护条件下制作自密实再生混凝土。通过抗渗标号法测试自密实再生混凝土的抗渗性能,利用正交设计方法,对自密实再生混凝土抗渗性能的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:聚丙烯纤维的掺入可以提高自密实再生混凝土的抗渗性,且对抗渗性能的影响最大;水灰比对自密实再生混凝土的抗渗性较大,且随着水灰比的增大,抗渗性能减弱。
Using polypropylene fiber,cement,sand,gravel,water and water-reducing agent,self-compacting recycled concrete was made under the conditions of Standard molding process and standards of conservation. Self-compacting recycled concrete impermeability was tested by permeability grade methed,Influencing factors of self-compacting recycled concrete impermeability were analyzed by orthogonal slesign methed. The results show that polypropylene fiber can enhance the impermeability of self-compacting recycled concrete and permeability properties which is affected most; water-cement ratio of self-compacting concrete has greater influence on impermeability. With increasing water-cement ratio,impermeability performance weakens.
