摘要
通过对跆拳道精英运动员乔某赛前4周体能训练课的神经肌肉功能(纵跳爆发、灵敏控制和连续爆发输出)进行测试监控,即刻反映乔某的体能训练状态,为教练员调整训练计划、更好地达到赛前体能状态目标提供数字化的客观依据,确保运动员能以最好的体能状态参赛。
