主动呼吸控制在增强CT患者静脉穿刺中的应用研究

摘要
目的:探讨主动呼吸控制在增强CT患者静脉穿刺中的应用。方法:根据随机数字表把患者随机分为观察组和对照组各170例,对照组采用常规穿刺方法,按选血管、消毒,根据检查需要选择20#、22#、24#留置针进行穿刺;观察组在采用常规穿刺的基础上嘱患者深吸一口气,并缓慢吐气,在吐气过程中,行留置针穿刺。观察两组患者穿刺的成功率及疼痛程度。结果:两组患者在穿刺成功率上有差异(P <0.05),在疼痛积分上有显著差异(P <0.01)。结论:主动呼吸控制在增强CT患者静脉穿刺中能够有效提高穿刺成功率,降低患者疼痛的感受,值得临床推广应用。
Objective Discuss active breathing control in the application of enhanced CT in patients with venous puncture.Methods According to random number table to patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,170 cases in the control group with normal wear this method,according to the selected blood vessels,disinfection,according to the need to select 20#,22#,24# puncture needle;Observation group with normal puncture instruct patients on the basis of a deep breath,and breathe out slowly, in the process of expiratory,lien puncture.Observe two groups of patients with puncture success rate and degree of pain.Results There are differences between the two groups of patients in the success rate of puncture(P<0.05),significant differences in pain score(P<0.01).Conclusion Active breathing control by the enhanced CT in patients with venous puncture can effectively improve the success rate of puncture,reduce the patients pain feeling,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
