摘要
介绍了国内矿用泵的使用现状及使用后的处理现状,分析了现场除油污复杂的技术难题,讨论了水射流在煤矿企业中的应用以及对矿用装置油污清除的技术优势,通过应用正交实验的技术特点进行现场试验,实验结果表明:磨料浓度对除油污效果的影响最大,靶距次之,压力和喷嘴直径的影响相对较小,结合具体试验情况,磨料浓度为25%、靶距为5 mm、压力为30 MPa和喷嘴直径为Ф1.0 mm为宜。
        The status quo of domestic mining pumps and the status quo of treatment after use were introduced. The technical problems of oil removal in the field were analyzed. The application of water jets in coal mining enterprises and the technical advantages of oil removal in mining equipment were discussed. By the technical characteristics of the orthogonal experiment,experiment were carried out in the field. The experimental results show that the abrasive concentration has the greatest influence on the oil removal effect, the target distance is second, and the influence of pressure and nozzle diameter is relatively small. Combined with the specific experimental conditions, the abrasive concentration is25%,the target distance is 5 mm, the pressure is 30 MPa, and the nozzle diameter is 1.0 mm.
