M公司:创新能力与公司绩效的相关性分析

摘要
以M通信技术公司为例,从研发支出、研发人员及研发成果等角度深入分析公司的创新能力及创新能力与公司绩效的相关性。分析结果表明,M公司的研发支出、研发人员规模和研发成果数都呈逐年上升的趋势,创新能力不断提高,对公司绩效也有促进作用。但同时在研究中也发现,M公司的研发效率有待进一步提高。研究结论有助于M公司合理配置研发资源,进一步提高创新能力。
Taking M Technology Co.Ltd.as an example,this paper analyzes the correlation between the company's innovation ability and company performance from three aspects:R&D investment,R&D personnel investment and R&D patent number.The analysis results show that M's R&D investment,R&D personnel investment,and R&D patents are all increasing year by year,and they all have a positive effect on the improvement of company performance.At the same time,the research also found that M's R&D efficiency needs to be further improved.The research in this paper will help M company to allocate R&D resources and further improve innovation ability.
