病理性近视眼视盘旁脉络膜空腔并黄斑部视网膜脱离一例

<正>患者女性,43岁,因"左眼视物模糊3个月"就诊。无视物变形、变暗、眼前黑影遮挡感等不适,既往双眼高度近视、右眼脉络膜新生血管史,高度近视家族史。眼部检查:视力:右眼指数/眼前,矫正:-18.50/-1.50×85(0.02);左眼0.05,矫正:-11.00/-1.50×80(0.4)。双眼眼压、红绿色觉、眼前节未见异常。眼底:双眼底豹纹状,视盘边界清,色淡红,盘周可见萎缩弧,
