四化护理管理模式对手足口病患儿并发症、护理质量及家属满意度的影响

摘要
目的:探讨四化护理管理模式对手足口病患儿并发症、护理质量及家属满意度的影响。方法:选取2015年1月~2017年5月我院收治的手足口病患儿224例,将其随机等分为观察组与对照组,对照组患儿采用常规护理管理模式,观察组患儿采用四化护理管理模式,比较两组患儿并发症发生情况、护理质量及家属满意度。结果:观察组患儿并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),健康教育、消毒隔离、危重护理、病区环境、护理文书书写方面评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),患儿家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四化护理管理模式可有效降低手足口病患儿并发症发生率,提高护理质量及家属满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of four modes of nursing management on complications,nursing quality and family satisfaction in children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods: A total of 224 children with HFMD admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. While the control group was treated with routine nursing management,the observation group was treated with four modes of nursing management. Complications,nursing quality and family satisfaction were compared in both groups. Results: The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group( P < 0. 05); the scores of health education,disinfection and isolation,critical care,ward environment and nursing document writing were all higher than those in control group( P < 0. 05); the family satisfaction was higher than that of control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The four modes of nursing management can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in children with hand-foot-mouth disease,as well as improve nursing quality and family satisfaction.
