临床护理路径在手足口病合并病毒性心肌炎患儿中的应用价值

摘要
目的探讨在手足口病合并病毒性心肌炎患儿护理中运用临床护理路径的价值。方法选取我院2015年8月至2017年7月收治的手足口病合并病毒性心肌炎患儿60例为研究对象。采用随机数表法将其随机等分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予临床护理路径护理。比较两组患儿住院时间、住院期间感染发生率和住院总费用,并在出院时进行护理满意度调查。结果观察组患儿住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),感染发生率、住院费用均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患儿家长对护理满意度明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为手足口病合并病毒性心肌炎患儿提供临床护理路径,取得更好的临床效果,值得推广运用。
Objective To explore the value of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing care of children with hand-foot-mouth disease( HFMD) and viral myocarditis.Methods To select sixty cases of patients with HFMD and viral myocarditis as object of study from our hospital from August 2015 to July 2017,randomly divide them into observation group and control group by random number table method.The control group was given routine care and the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway.The hospitalization time,the incidence of infection and total hospitalization expenses were compared between the two groups,then the nursing satisfaction survey was conducted when the patients were discharged from hospital.Results To compare the hospitalization time,the observation group was shorter than the control group( P < 0.05),the incidence of infection,hospitalization expenses were significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05),nursing satisfaction thought by patient's family members is significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway for children with HFMD and viral myocarditis can achieve better clinical effects and to be popularized and applied.
