摘要
针对传统电机维修培训花费时间长、效率低、投资大、设备易损坏的问题,设计基于3DSMAX的电机虚拟维修系统。首先根据电机的结构尺寸图和装配图利用3DSMax建立虚拟电机模型,再将模型导入PostEengineer平台进行人机交互系统开发,成功完成了电机虚拟维修系统。该系统不仅实现了3DSMax与Postengineer平台的有效结合,而且平台特有的二次脚本处理减少了人力成本提高了开发效率。研究表明,基于3DSMAX的电机虚拟维修系统可以帮助学员在计算机上更好的完成电机维修培训,快速掌握电机故障的基本表现和原因以及维修方法,与传统培训相比,场地需求小,训练成本低,培训周期缩短。
        Aiming at the addressing the problems of traditional motor repair training for a long time,low efficiency,large investment,equipment vulnerable to damage,we designed motor virtual maintenance system based on 3 DSMAX.We first used the 3 DSMax to build a virtual motor model according to the structure drawings and assembly drawings of the motor,then imported the model into the PostEengineer platform to develop the human-computer interaction system,and successfully completed the virtual maintenance system of the motor.The system not only achieves the effective combination of 3 DSMax and Postengineer platforms,but also reduces the labor cost and improves the development efficiency by platformspecific secondary script processing.The result shows that the virtual maintenance system based on3 DSMAX can help trainees to complete the motor maintenance training better on the computer,quickly grasp the basic performance and reasons of the motor fault and the maintenance methods.Compared with the traditional training,the system improves training efficiency with the advantages of small site demand,low training cost and shorter training cycle.
