基于用户无意识行为的劝导式交互研究

摘要
随着用户体验设计的发展,以用户为中心的设计理念逐渐深入人心,了解用户的潜在需求并在最大程度上提高产品的可用性和易用性,是当前交互设计的主要任务。用户的无意识行为研究可以为设计师带来良好的设计指导,同时劝导式设计的理念也正广泛应用到交互设计领域。基于以上两点,本文对无意识行为和劝导式交互进行剖析,探索基于用户无意识行为的劝导式交互设计,对平衡产品的用户体验和商业价值有重大意义。
With the development of user experience design,the concept of usercentered design gradually wins great popular support among people. It"s the main task of interaction design that understanding the user's potential needs and improving usability and accessibility of products. The research of user's unconscious behavior can bring guidance to designers.At the same time,persuasive design is also widely applied in the field of interaction design.Base on this two points,this paper analyzes the unconscious behavior 、persuasive interaction and persuasive interaction design based on user unconscious behaviors. It's of great significance to balance the user experience and business value of the product.
