种植义齿修复后头面部放射性疼痛1例报告

摘要
<正>目前,种植义齿修复已成为牙齿缺失后的首选修复方式。种植体植入后短期内术区出现疼痛、肿胀等症状属于正常现象,但临床医生需要对由感染、骨坏死、金属材料过敏和微电流等导致的疼痛引起足够重视。本文报告1例种植义齿氧化锆全冠修复后患者同侧头面部及肩颈部放射性疼痛,去除种植体义齿上部氧化锆全冠和邻牙银钯合金铸造冠疼痛未见缓解,最终取出种植体后疼痛症状消失的病例,并探讨导致疼痛发生的原因,为临床医生遇到类似病例时提供一定的参考。
