甘薯种苗产业供应体系现状及对策

摘要
小农户、家庭农场、合作社和科技企业构成了甘薯种苗产业化供应主体.调研发现,甘薯种苗繁育呈现出规模化趋势,新型经营主体成为种苗市场上的主要供给者,市场信息反馈对种苗市场影响作用增强,科技要素在种苗发展中的作用凸显,加强市场监管对种苗产业良性发展越来越迫切.而甘薯种苗供应中仍存在一些问题,建议采取完善种苗脱毒繁育体系、拓展种苗销售渠道和加强种苗质量监管等措施,以确保甘薯种苗产业商业化供应体系逐步完善.
Small farmers,family farms,farmer cooperatives,and scientific and technological agribusinesses are the main part of sweetpotato seedlings industrial supply.Through investigation and research,it is found that the sweetpotato seedlings breeding shows a trend of large-scale,and the new agricultural businesses become the main suppliers in the seedling market,and market information feedback on the seedling market has increased,the role of scientific and technological elements in the seedlings industrial development has become prominent,and strengthening market supervision on the seedling industry benign development is becoming more and more urgent.However,there are still some problems in the sweetpotato seedlings supply system.It is suggested that through a number of policy measures,such as improving and perfect the seedlings virus-free breeding system,expanding seedling sales channel and strengthening seedling quality supervision,in order to ensure that the sweetpotato seedling industry commercial supply system is gradually improved.
