摘要
测定了磷化氢、敌敌畏、大蒜油和二氧化碳及其联用对嗜卷书虱(Liposcelis bostrychophila Badonnel)成虫的熏蒸活性。4种药剂对试虫的致死作用随剂量的增加而增强。4种药剂对试虫的熏蒸活性从高到低依次为:磷化氢>敌敌畏>大蒜油>二氧化碳,其LC50分别为0.33mg·L-1、0.54mg·L-1、1.60mg·L-1和259.08mg·L-1。4种药剂联用时,正交试验结果显示4种药剂对试虫死亡率的影响从大到小依次为:大蒜油、敌敌畏、二氧化碳和磷化氢。1.32mg·L-1大蒜油>0.52 mg·L-1敌敌畏>14%二氧化碳>0.20mL·L-1磷化氢联用时具有最佳的杀虫效果。结果表明联用药剂的效果优于单一药剂,且在嗜卷书虱的防治中有较强的应用价值。
        Fumigant activity of phosphine,DDVP,garlic oil and CO2 alone or in combination against adults of Liposcelis bostrychophila Badonnel was investigated. Fumigant toxicity of four agents against L.bostrychophilaincreased with the increment of the dosage.Phosphine showed the highest fumigant toxicity against L.bostrychophila,followed by DDVP,garlic oil and CO2,with LC50 values of 0.33,0.54,1.60 and 259.08mg/L,respectively.When four agents were used in combination,results from the orthogonal experiment implied that mortality of L.bostrychophila was most greatly influenced by garlic oil,followed by DDVP,CO2 and phosphine.The combination of 1.32mg/L garlic oil,0.52mg/L DDVP,14% CO2and0.20mL/L phosphine was predicted to exhibit the highest fumigant activity against L.bostrychophila.Results indicate that combination of different agents is superior to a single agent in control effects and have great value in control practices of L.bostrychophila.
