摘要
目的:比较酒依赖患者与非饮酒健康人群甲功指标的差异。方法:选取酒依赖患者500例设为酒依赖组,非离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)水平,进行统计学分析。结果:酒依赖组血清TSH水平高于对照组但差异没有达到显著水平(P> 0. 05)。酒依赖组T3与FT4水平均低于对照组但差异未达到显著水平(P>0. 05)。酒依赖组T4低于对照组且差异达到极显著水平(P <0. 01)。酒依赖组FT3低于对照组且差异达到极显著水平(P <0. 01);酒依赖组TSH与T4、TSH与FT4均呈极显著负相关关系; T3与T4、T3与FT3、T3与FT4、T4与FT3、T4与FT4、FT3与FT4均呈极显著正相关关系。饮酒时间和饮酒量分别与TSH呈极显著正相关关系、与T4呈显著负相关关系、与FT4呈极显著负相关关系。结论:酒精依赖对甲状腺有直接的毒害作用,会造成甲状腺激素的失调和甲状腺功能的紊乱。
        Objective: To compare the difference of thyroid function between alcohol dependent patients and non-drinking healthy people.Methods: 500 patients with alcohol dependence were selected as alcohol dependence groups,and 500 healthy people who don't drink were selected as control group.The serum thyroid stimulating hormone( TSH),three iodine thyroid glycine( T3),thyroxine( T4),three free iodine thyroid former glycine( FT3) and free thyroxine( FT4) levels were detected,and statistical analysis were done.Results: Serum TSH level in the alcohol dependent group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference did not reach a significant level( P > 0. 05). Both T3 and FT4 levels in the alcohol dependent group were lower than those in the control group,but the difference did not reach a significant level( P > 0. 05). T4 in the alcohol dependent group was lower than that in the control group and the difference reached a very significant level( P < 0. 01). The FT3 of the alcohol dependent group was lower than that of the control group and the difference was extremely significant( P< 0. 01). TSH was negatively correlated with T4,TSH and FT4 in the alcohol dependent group. T3 and T4,T3 and FT3,T3 and FT4,T4 and FT3,T4 and FT4,T4 and FT4,FT3 and FT4 all have extremely significant positive correlation. The time and amount of drinking were positively correlated with TSH,negatively correlated with T4,and negatively correlated with FT4.Conclusion: Alcohol dependence has a direct toxic effect on the thyroid gland,causing thyroid hormone imbalance and thyroid dysfunction.
