血必净注射液辅助治疗老年脑出血后坠积性肺炎临床观察

摘要
目的探讨血必净对老"年脑出血后坠积性肺炎患者的治疗效果。方法将65例老年脑出血后坠积性肺炎患者随机分为血必净注射液治疗组和对照组。两组均予常规治疗,治疗组加用血必净注射液。比较两组治疗前后疗效、生命体征(T、R、P)、白细胞计数(WBC)、血氧分压(Pa O2)、血氧饱和度(Sa O2)、急性生理与慢性健康状况(APCHE)评分、C-反应蛋白、D-二聚体和丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为94.74%,对照组为88.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在治疗后T、WBC、Pa O2、Sa O2、APCHE评分、D-二聚体及C-反应蛋白等方面变化与对照组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液具有良好的辅助抗炎症作用,可用于老年脑出血后坠积性肺炎的治疗。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Xuebijing injection on the elderly patients with hypostatic pneumonia after brain hemorrhage. Methods 65 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were adopted antibiotics and symptomatic treatment. And additionally,Xuebijing injection was given to the treatment group. Differences of clinical symptoms,vital sign,the total white cell count,Pa O2,Sa O2,APCHE score,C- reactive protein,D- dimer and ALT before and after the therapy were observed. Results The total effective rate was 94. 74% in the treatment group and 88. 89% in the control group,with statistically significant differences( P < 0. 05). Body temperature,WBC,Pa O2,Sa O2,APCHE score,D- dimer and C- reactive of the treatment group were all improved significantly as compared to those of the control group. Conclusion Xuebijing injection has beneficial effects on anti- inflammation and in the treatment of infections. Xuebijing injection is greatly effective in the treatment of elderly patients with hypostatic pneumonia after brain hemorrhage.
