摘要
利用RAPD技术研究了15株白色金针菇菌株的遗传多样性。试验从20条RAPD引物中筛选出8条扩增条带清晰、多态性丰富的引物,共扩增出45条片段,多态性比率为73.3%;供试金针菇菌株遗传相似系数在0.560~0.984之间,在0.68水平上供试菌株被聚为1个类群,在0.83水平上可分为4个类群。RAPD分析结果与主成分分析结果具有一致性,说明供试菌株间遗传多样性丰富,RAPD技术能够作为快速鉴别金针菇菌株亲缘关系的一种方法。
        RAPD technique was used to analyze the genetic diversity of 15 strains of white Flammulina velutipes. Eight primers which have clear and richly polymorphic strips in RAPD amplification were selected from 20 RAPD primers. A total of 45 polymorphic bands were amplified,and the percentage of polymorphic bands was 73.3%. The genetic similarity coefficient among 15 tested strains ranged from 0.560 to 0. 984. All tested strains could be clustered into one group at the genetic similarity level of0.68,and could be clustered into 4 groups at the level of 0.83. The results of RAPD analysis were consistent with those of principal component analysis,indicating that these tested white F. velutipes strains possess rich genetic diversity,and RAPD technique can be used as a method for the rapid identification of genetic relationships among F. velutipes strains.
