手法整复闭合穿针内固定术治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折对骨折愈合时间影响观察

摘要
目的观察手法整复闭合穿针内固定治疗小儿肱骨踝上骨折对骨折愈合时间的影响。方法每组各50例患儿。为对照组患者进行手法整复结合杉树皮夹板外固定治疗,为观察组患者进行手法整复结合闭合穿针内固定术治疗。对比两组患儿在随访三年之后的骨折愈合时间、提携角优良率、肘关节屈伸功能。结果观察组患儿的骨折愈合时间为(3.4±0.1)周,对照组患儿的骨折愈合时间为(4.5±0.5)周,两组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手法整复闭合穿针内固定术治疗小儿肱骨踝上骨折能够缩短骨折愈合时间,并且安全可靠,具有良好的临床效果。
Objective To observe the effect of internal fixation and internal fixation on the healing time of fracture of the humerus and ankle in children. Methods Each group of 50 children. The patients in the control group were treated with the method of external fixation and the treatment of the patients in the observation group. Conclusion The technique of internal fixation and internal fixation for the treatment of pediatric humeral ankle fracture can shorten the healing time of fracture and be safe and reliable, and have good clinical effect.
