摘要
烧结机尾风箱烟气温度可达300~420℃,有较高的回收利用价值。为提高烧结烟气余热回收效率,柳钢于2013-2017年先后在3号、1号和2号360m~2烧结机上应用大烟道内置式翅片热管锅炉余热回收技术,并通过优化配矿、专家系统、漏风治理、锅炉汽包、联箱等多项工艺、设备技改优化,取得了很好的应用效果,合计每年可有效回收余热162000GJ,发电4500万kWh。有效地利用了柳钢1号、2号余热发电机组装机容量,全面地回收利用了烧结烟气余热,年可创造效益2700万元。
        The flue gas temperature of the tail air box of sintering machine can reach 300 ~ 420℃, which has high recycling value. In order to improve the efficiency of waste heat recovery from sintering flue gas, Liuzhou iron and steel company successively applied large flue built-in finned heat pipe boiler waste heat recovery technology on No.3, 1 and 2 360 m~2 sintering machines from 2013 to 2017. By optimizing ore blending, expert system, air leakage control, boiler drum, header and other technology and equipment optimization, good application results were achieved. In total, the waste heat can be effectively recovered by 162000 GJ/a and 45 million kWh/a of power generation. Effective use of Liuzhou iron and steel company No.1 and 2 waste heat generator assembly capacity, comprehensive recovery and utilization of sintering flue gas waste heat, can create an annual benefit of 27 million yuan.
