摘要
基于双纳米材料功能化的协同增敏效应与新颖的双恒电位激发模式,构建了一个超灵敏的鲁米诺电化学发光分析体系,并用于蓝莓果酱中原花青素含量的测定。优化了工作电位、工作电极间距以及流速等测定条件。在优化实验条件下,原花青素对发光信号的淬灭峰面积与其浓度在0. 05~50 mg/L浓度区间呈现良好的线性相关,检出限为0. 02 mg/L (S/N=3)。采用该体系测定了蓝莓果酱中的原花青素含量,平均回收率在95. 6%~104. 8%之间。
        An ultrasensitive luminol-based electrochemiluminescent analytical system was fabricated by means of synchronous dual sensitization by nano-functionalization coupled with a novel bi-potentiostatic excitation mode,and a simple method was developed for the determination of proanthocyanidins content in blueberry jam. The experimental conditions such as applied potentials on working electrodes,distance between working electrodes,flow rate etc,were optimized. Under the optimized experimental conditions,proanthocyanidins quenched the electrochemiluminescence( ECL) signal with a linear response in the range of 0. 05-50 mg/L with a limit of detection of 0. 02 mg/L( S/N = 3). The proposed method has been applied to the determination of proanthocyanidins content in blueberry jam with satisfactory results,the average recoveries were from 95. 6% to 104. 8%.
