摘要
物流配送货品海量塑料包装在整个包装产业中占有较大的比例,对塑料包装废弃物的处理给社会发展带来了巨大的挑战。对海量塑料包装废弃物再利用是发展循环经济的重要组成部分,中国将进一步加大对物流配送货品海量塑料废弃物再生利用的扶持力度。提出基于塑料包装废弃物再利用技术。通过对热分解原理、设备和技术参数等方面进行分析,利用外热式和内热式热分解法分解废弃物生成燃气和燃油。该方法塑料包装废弃物再利用率较高、回收成本较低。
Logistics and delivery products massive plastic packaging accounts for a large proportion of the entire packaging industry,and the disposal of waste has brought enormous challenges to social development. The reuse of mass plastic packaging waste is an important part of the development of circular economy. China will further increase the support for the recycling of large quantities of plastic waste for logistics and delivery. A technical method based on thermal decomposition and reuse of mass plastic packaging waste is proposed. Through the analysis of the principle of thermal decomposition,equipment and technical parameters,the logistics and distribution of large quantities of plastic packaging waste can be generated by external thermal decomposition and internal thermal decomposition to generate gas and fuel. The experimental results show that the proposed method has higher recycling rate and lower recycling cost of plastic packaging waste.
