采动影响下区段煤柱合理留设研究

摘要
区段煤柱合理留设是保证工作面顺利接续的关键。以王楼煤矿七采区为工程背景,通过理论分析和数值模拟,对单、双侧开挖采动影响下不同宽度区段煤柱稳定性进行对比研究。得出:侧向支承压力在2种采动影响下随煤柱宽度不同其变化趋势基本一致,但双侧采动时侧向支承压力更大;2种采动影响下,煤柱应力集中程度基本一致,且随煤柱宽度的增加而增加,单侧采动时煤柱正上方覆岩基本完整,双侧采动时煤柱宽度大于3.0m其正上方覆岩才趋于完整;综合考虑资源回收和巷道稳定性,确定3.0m小煤柱可以满足工作面正常开采要求。
        Reasonable setting-up of coal section pillars is the key to ensure smooth continuity of working face.Taking No.7 mining area in Wanglou coal mine as an engineering background,the stabilities of coal section pillars with different widths under the influence of excavation on one side or both sides were compared and studied through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.It was concluded that the variation trend of lateral abutment pressure with the change of width of coal pillars was basically the same under the two mining effects,but the lateral abutment pressure was larger when mining on both sides.The stress concentration degree of coal pillars was basically the same under the two mining effects,and increased with the increase of the width of coal pillars.The overburden rock above the coal pillars was basically complete when mining on one side,but in case of mining on both sides,the overburden rock tended to be complete only when the width of coal pillars was larger than 3.0 m.Considering the resource recovery and roadway stability,it was determined that the small coal pillar with width of 3.0 mcould meet the normal mining requirements of the working face.
