摘要
以大豆油脱臭馏出物为原料,经过酯化预处理分离出粗甾醇,以乙酸乙酯与甲醇水的混合液为结晶溶剂,与磁场协同作用进行单因素试验和正交试验。确定的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1︰30 (g/mL)、甲醇水用量6%、磁场强度0.6 T,在磁场作用下,测得结晶时间为42 min,养晶1 h得到纯度为98.43%、回收率为91.61%的精制甾醇。
        The crude sterols were separated from deodorizer distillate of soybean oil by esterification pretreatment, and then single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were carried out under the magnetic field and with the mixture of ethyl acetate and methanol-water as crystal solvent. The optimum technological condition was the ratio of solid to liquid 1︰30(g/m L), the amount of methanol-water 6% and the magnetic field strength 0.6 T. The crystallization time was observed to be 42 min under the action of magnetic field. Under this condition, the purity of sterol was 98.43% and the recovery rate of sterol was 91.61%.
