前牙缺陷美学修复应用传统和微创全瓷修复技术的效果比较

摘要
目的:探究在前牙缺陷美学修复中应用传统和微创全瓷修复技术的价值。方法:选取前牙缺陷患者100例,时间为2014年3月-2015年2月,所有患者均为1颗患牙,随机将患者分为两组,其中试验组在美学修复中应用微创全瓷修复技术,对照组在美学修复中应用传统全瓷修复术,对比两组前牙缺陷患者修复结果的差异。结果:试验组前牙缺陷患者美学满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组修复体形态、密合度、边缘颜色、继发龋USPHS级别均集中在A级,其中试验组形态、边缘着色、密合度USPHS级别为A的例数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在前牙缺陷美学修复中应用微创全瓷修复技术具有明显的优势,可以将修复的成功率、美容效果、患者满意度提高,与传统全瓷修复技术相比,应用价值更高。
Objective:To explore the application value of traditional and minimally invasive porcelain ceramic restoration technique in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth defect.Method:100 cases of anterior teeth defect patients,time for the March 2014 to February 2015,all patients had 1 teeth,were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group was given minimally invasive porcelain ceramic restoration technology,the control group was given traditional invasive porcelain ceramic restoration technology, the differences between the two groups of patients were compared.Result:The aesthetic satisfaction of experimental group was significantly better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The restorative form,close,edge color,and secondary caries of patients in two groups were all concentrated in A level,the form,edge coloring and close fit level of experimental group USPHS for A were significantly higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of minimally invasive technique in procelain ceramic restoration of anterior teeth defect in aesthetics has obvious advantages,can repair the success rate,cosmetic results,patient satisfaction increased,compared with the traditional procelain ceramic restoration technology,higher application value.
