摘要
对激光诱导击穿光谱技术在Si和Mg检测分析中的应用建立实验,设置1~10Hz激光器重复频率,f=30mm的激光光束经焦距,光谱仪接收到信息并利用自身软件对数据信号进行分析处理,选择五个矿石标本进行Si和Mg含量检测,取得较为良好的测试效果,对矿石中的微量元素Si和Mg进行定量化研究,快速而简便地定量测量出样本中Si和Mg元素。
In this paper,the application of laser induced breakdown spectroscopy in the detection and analysis of Si and Mg is established.The repetition frequency of 1-10 Hz laser is set,the laser beam of f=30 mm passes through the focal length,the spectrometer receives the information and uses its own software to data signal.Analytical processing was carried out,and five ore specimens were selected for Si and Mg content detection,and good test results were obtained.Quantitative research on trace elements iS and Mg in ore was carried out to quantitatively and quantitatively measure Si and Mg elements in the sample.
