摘要
搭建LED驱动电流控制及光谱测量系统,改变驱动电流,利用光学多道分析仪观测LED光谱峰值波长、峰值强度及谱线宽度等光谱特征,发现谱线峰值强度及谱线宽度随驱动电流呈非线性增长关系.随驱动电流的增加,蓝光LED色温没有明显变化,白光LED色温有明显升高,暖白光LED色温微弱降低.
Building a LED drive current control and spectral measurement system, the spectral characteristics of the peak wavelength,peak intensity and spectral line width of the LED spectrum were measured using an optical multi-spectral analyzer by change the LED drive current. Found that the peak intensity and the width of the line have a nonlinear growth relationship with the drive current. With the increase of the driving current, the color temperature of the blue LED has not changed significantly, the color temperature of the white LED has significantly increased, and the color temperature of the warm white LED has decreased slightly.
