紫外线辐照对谷子种子染菌率及发芽的影响

摘要
部分谷子种子在发芽过程中,由于自身携带微生物并且发芽环境温热潮湿,会发生微生物大量繁殖的状况,不但会侵染其他发芽的种子,而且还会严重影响种子整体的发芽率,从而影响试验结果。试验采用紫外线辐照的方法对谷子种子进行灭菌处理,通过改变辐照的时间发现当照射时间超过140 min之后,杀菌效果较好,染菌率为14%~15%,且发芽率也有小幅增加。
        In germination process, the propagation of microbes are observed in some millet seeds due to their own micro-organisms and the warm and humid germination environment, which not only infects other germinating seeds but also seriously affects the seed germination rate and the experimental results. In this study, the millet seeds were sterilized using ultraviolet irradiation by changing the time of irradiation. The results showed that when the irradiation time exceeded 140 min, better bactericidal effect was observed with microbe contamination rate of 14%~15% and slightly increased germination rate.
