维持性血液透析患者Adipsin水平及其与心肌损伤标志物的相关性分析

摘要
目的探讨维持性血液透析患者Adipsin水平及其与心肌损伤标志物的相关性。方法选取规律血液透析患者69例,检测患者的血清Adipsin及心肌损伤标志物脑利钠肽(BNP)、N末端前脑钠肽(NTproBNP)、肌钙蛋白I(TnI)、肌钙蛋白T(TnT)的水平,并进行相关性分析。结果血液透析患者血清Adipsin水平为(73.36±17.89)pg/mL,较对照组[(8.16±2.20)pg/mL]明显升高(P<0.01);患者Adipsin水平与血红蛋白呈正相关(r=0.285,P=0.020);Adipsin水平与年龄、24h动脉压差、总胆固醇、BNP、NTproBNP、TnI水平呈负相关(r值分别为-0.316、-0.303、-0.284、-0.318、-0.403、-0.271;P分别为0.008、0.012、0.026、0.008、0.001、0.025)。结论 Adispin水平升高可能是血液透析患者心肌损伤的一个保护因素。
Objective To study the correlation of Adipsin level and cardiac markers in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 69 patients with hemodialysis were selected.The serum Adipsin and myocardial injury markers brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),NTproBNP,Troponin I and Troponin T were detected by liquid-chip method.The correlation analysis was performed.Results The level of serum Adipsin in hemodialysis patients was(73.36±17.89)pg/mL,which was significantly higher than that in healthy controls(P<0.01).The level of Adipsin in hemodialysis patients was positively correlated with hemoglobin(r=0.285,P=0.020).The level of Adipsin in hemodialysis patients was negatively correlated with age,24-hour arterial pressure difference,total cholesterol,BNP,NTproBNP and Troponin I levels(r=-0.316,-0.303,-0.284,-0.318,-0.430,-0.271;P=0.008,0.012,0.026,0.008,0.001,0.025).Conclusion High Adispin levels may be a protective factor for cardiac injury in hemodialysis patients.
