摘要
煤矿坑道钻机调角装置是钻机的主要执行机构,进行强度校验是设计的关键步骤。介绍了一种调角装置工作原理,利用仿真软件进行了钻机调角装置的动力学仿真,特别是结合钻机在使用中的情况,得到了其部分铰接点的受力曲线,验证了设计合理性和力学可靠性,为以后研究其工作特性和结构设计提供依据。
Coal mine underground rig angle adjustment device is the main actuator of the drilling rig.Performing strength checks is a key step in the design. The working principle of a angle adjustment device was introduced. Simulation software was used to simulate the dynamics of the rig angle adjustment device. Especially when combined with the rig in use,obtained the force curve of some of its hinge points,verification of design rationality and mechanical reliability. Provide a basis for future study of its working characteristics and structural design.
