摘要
针对高地应力条件下煤层塌孔严重套管无法下入的难题,介绍了一种钻护一体化工艺技术,设计了新型专用套管,确定了其结构及相应参数,进行了有限元分析,并通过工业性试验,验证了新型护孔钻进专用套管的整体稳定性,满足施工要求。
        Aiming at the problem that the casing of the coal seam can not be driven down under high ground stress conditions,a technology of integrated drilling and protection technology was introduced. A new type of special casing was designed,its structure and corresponding parameters were determined,and finite element analysis was carried out. And through industrial tests,the overall stability of the new special casing for drilling has been verified to meet the requirements.
