摘要
对大口径厚壁管12Cr1MoVG进行多次模拟焊后热处理,并使用力学性能检测设备、光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜对样品进行分析,旨在研究多次热处理对钢管性能均匀性及组织稳定性的影响。结果表明:经3次回火热处理之后,强度、硬度稍有下降,冲击韧性指标稳定,金相组织稳定性较好,即只要过程控制得当,经多次热处理之后大口径厚壁管12Cr1MoVG性能均匀性及组织稳定性仍较好;强度与球化级别的关系并不完全符合DL/T773标准。该试验弥补了现场热处理未能破坏取样的不足,为锅炉管道对口安装及返修热处理的评估提供重要的数据支撑。
        In this paper,the large-diameter thick-wall pipe 12 Cr1 MoVG was subjected to multiple simulated post-weld heat treatments to study the effects of multiple heat treatments on the performance uniformity and microstructure stability of steel tubes by means of mechanical properties testing equipments,optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that after three times of tempering heat treatment,the strength and hardness are slightly decreased,the impact toughness index is stable,and the stability of metallographic structure is good,that is,as long as the process is properly controlled,the performance uniformity and microstructure stability of the large-diameter thick-wall pipe 12 Cr1 MoVG after multiple heat treatments are still good;the relationship between intensity and sphe-roidization level is not completely consistent with the DL/T773 standard. The test compensated for the insufficiency of on-site heat treatment to destroy the sampling,and provided important data support for the evaluation of boiler pipe counterpart installation and rework heat treatment.
