摘要
以茄子(Solanum melongena)为试材,利用人工气候室进行高温处理,研究外源褪黑素(MT)对高温胁迫下茄子幼苗叶绿素含量、气体交换参数、碳水化合物含量以及相关酶活性的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,高温处理下茄子幼苗叶片叶绿素含量、核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸羧化酶/加氧酶(RuBisCO)活性和净光合速率(P_n)均显著降低,而气孔导度(G_s)、胞间CO_2浓度(C_i)、蒸腾速率(T_r)均显著增加;可溶性糖、蔗糖、果糖含量和蔗糖合成酶(SS)活性显著升高,淀粉含量以及酸性转化酶(AI)、中性转化酶(NI)和蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)活性均显著降低。与单纯高温胁迫相比,叶片喷施外源MT除使C_i降低外,碳水化合物含量及代谢相关酶活性均显著提高,缓解了高温胁迫对茄子幼苗光合色素合成及光合作用的抑制。同时,外源MT能显著降低高温胁迫下茄子幼苗叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧阴离子(O_2ˉ·)产生速率和过氧化氢(H_2O_2)含量,增强茄子幼苗叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性,提高抗坏血酸(AsA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性蛋白质含量。以上结果说明外源MT可通过提高光合色素含量增强茄子植株碳水化合物代谢的能力,调节代谢相关酶活性,抑制高温胁迫条件下茄子幼苗体内活性氧(ROS)的产生,提高抗氧化酶系的活性及抗氧化物质的含量,降低膜质过氧化水平,保护脂膜的完整性,从而提高幼苗抵抗高温胁迫的能力。
        This paper studies the effect of exogenous melatonin(MT)on chlorophyll contents,photosynthetic properties and carbohydrate metabolism of eggplant(Solanum melongena)under high temperature treatment in an artificial climate chamber.The results show that compared to the control seedlings,chlorophyll contents,ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase(RuBisCO)activity and net photosynthetic rate(P_n)under high temperature treatment were significantly decreased.Stomatal conductance(G_s),intercellular CO_2 concentration(C_i)and transpiration rate(T_r)were significantly increased.The contents of soluble sugar,sucrose and fructose and sucrose synthase(SS)activity were significantly enhanced.Starch content and activities of acid invertase(AI),neutral invertase(NI)and sucrose phosphate synthase(SPS)were significantly decreased.Exogenous MT treatment significantly improved the photosynthesis,carbohydrate contents and activities of the four enzymes in the seedling leaves except decreased C_i compared to the high temperature treatment.The exogenous MT could sinificantly decrease malonaldehyde(MDA)content,superoxide anion producing rate(O_2ˉ·)and hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2)content,but increase activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT)and ascorbate peroxidase(APX)as well as contents of ascorbic acid(AsA),glutathione(GSH),proline and soluble protein.The above results show that MT could improve the ability of eggplant seedlings through enhancing chlorophyll contents,regulating carbohydrate metabolism,and promoting the formation of new metabolic balance of eggplant seedlings under high temperature stress,and the results illustrate that pretreatment with MT could inhibit reactive oxygen species(ROS),raise antioxidative enzyme activities and antioxidant contents,and decrease membrane lipid peroxidation to alleviate the damage of high temperature stress to the seedlings.
