摘要
以市售大红色料γ-Ce_2S_3为原料,六水合硝酸锌(Zn(NO_3)_2·6H_2O)为锌源,无水碳酸钠(Na_2CO_3)为沉淀剂,醇水混合溶液为反应介质,采用非均相沉淀法在γ-Ce_2S_3色料表面附着一层ZnO,研究含Zn前驱体在色料颗粒表面附着形态及附着ZnO后对色料受热后H_2S释放的影响。研究结果表明:以乙醇与水混合溶液为反应介质,沉淀离子采用同步滴加方式,滴加速度0.3 mL/min,Zn与γ-Ce_2S_3的摩尔比为0.2时,300℃热处理30 min能够在γ-Ce_2S_3颗粒表面均匀附着一层ZnO,且色料仍保持鲜艳的红色,其色度L*、a*和b*值分别为34.17、33.10和22.80;表面附着ZnO后对H_2S的释放有明显的抑制作用,色料在350℃保温10 min,H_2S释放浓度由未附着ZnO的4.21 mg/m3降至0。
        Heterogeneous precipitation method was employed to prepare the ZnO adhering γ-Ce_2S_3 by using commercially γ-Ce_2S_3 as the raw material,six hydrated zinc nitrate(Zn(NO_3)_2·6H_2O) as zinc source,anhydrous sodium carbonate(Na_2CO_3) as precipitant,and mixture of alcohol and water as reaction medium. It was studied that the micro-morphology of zincky precursors on the surface of pigment and the H_2S releasing after adherence of ZnO on the surface of pigment during heating process. The results show that a layer of ZnO could be uniformly adhered to the surface of the γ-Ce_2S_3 particles and the pigment could still keep the brilliant red by using mixture of ethanol and water as reaction medium,simultaneous dropping form of precipitated ions and 0. 3 mL/min dropping rate,0. 2 molar ratio of ZnO and γ-Ce_2S_3,and heat-treatment at 300 ℃ for 30 min. The chroma of L*,a*and b*is 34. 17,33. 10 and 22. 80,respectively. It has an obviously the inhibitory effects on releasing H_2S after adhered ZnO on the surface of γ-Ce_2S_3 and the amount of H_2S releasing is reduced from 4. 21 mg/m3 to 0 after heating at 350 ℃ for 10 min.
