摘要
本文通过Web of Science核心合集数据库和InCites分析工具,对2008—2017年期间食品科学领域的国际合作论文进行追踪分析。结果表明,10年间国际合作发文量稳步增长,其年均增长率显著高于全球发文量的增长率,国际合作的广度和深度日趋加大;美国始终是全球食品科研合作网络的中心,英、法、德等主要欧洲国家是国际合作网络中的强国,而中国大陆经历了一个快速发展的过程,国际合作地位趋中心化明显。通过分析还发现,自主研究是食品科学领域多数国家的主要组织模式,尤其是印度和中国大陆,国际合作比例偏低,未来发展潜力巨大;国际合作率与通讯作者率之间呈现此消彼长的趋势,国际合作贡献度与活跃度表现不一;国际合作研究模式对论文的国际学术影响力具有积极的正向作用。
        This paper tracked and analyzed the international cooperation papers in the field of food science from2008 to 2017 by Web of Science database and In Cites analysis tools.The results show that the publications of international cooperation in the past 10 years has increased steadily,and its annual growth rate is significantly higher than the growth rate of global publications.The breadth and depth of international cooperation is increasing.The United States has always been the center of the global food research cooperation network.UK,France,Germany and other major European countries are strong countries in the international cooperation network,while the Chinese mainland has experienced a rapid development process,and the status of international cooperation is becoming more centralized.The paper also found that independent research is the main organizational model of most countries in the field of food science,especially in India and mainland China.The proportion of international cooperation and the rate of correspondence show a phenomenon of fluctuation,and the contribution and activity of international cooperation are different.The mode of international cooperative research has a positive effect on the international academic influence of the paper.
