摘要
当应用于大跨度、超大跨度空间结构时,K型空心弯管锥头节点不仅可以节约钢材,提高整个屋盖结构的刚度和整体性,同时又有利于弦杆与腹杆的相贯焊接.该节点核心区由节点管、空心切头锥两部分组成.采用ANSYS参数化分析了节点管直径及其壁厚、弦杆直径及其壁厚、腹杆直径及其壁厚、弦杆轴线与腹杆轴线夹角、屋面坡度、弦杆轴力和屈服荷载的比值等因素对节点承载力的影响.分析表明:节点管直径及其壁厚、腹杆直径及其壁厚、弦杆轴线与腹杆轴线夹角、屋面坡度、弦杆轴力和屈服荷载的比值对节点承载力都有显著影响,弦杆1、弦杆2的直径及其壁厚影响较小,建议设计时弦杆1、弦杆2取较小的直径及较薄的壁厚.最后通过多元线性回归拟合了节点承载力计算公式,并根据规范和设计指南对拟合公式进行了简化,以便为实际工程应用提供参考.
        When applied to large span and super large span space structures, the hollow curve circular steel tube cone-head K-joints not only can save steel and improve the rigidity and integrity of the entire roof structure, but also is good for direct welding of web member and chord. The joint core region is composed of node tube and hollow truncated cone. This paper uses the ANSYS for analyzing the effects of parameters on the bearing capacity of the joints, including node tube diameter and wall thickness, the chord diameter and wall thickness, the diameter and wall thickness of CHS, the angle between CHS and the chord, the roof slope, the ratio of the axial force of the chord to the yield load. It is shown that, the diameter and wall thickness of node tube and CHS joints, the angle between CHS and the chord, the roof slope and the ratio of the axial force of the chord to the yield load have a significant influence on bearing capacity. There is little effect of the diameter and wall thickness of chords 1 and 2. The design of chords 1 and 2 should choose the smaller diameter and the thinner wall thickness. At last, through the multiple linear regression, the fitting formula of bearing capacity of the node is obtained and the fitting formula is simplified according to the specifications and design guidelines, providing a reference for engineering design.
